Welcome to MetaArchitecture. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including all related websites, applications, and services. By accessing or using MetaArchitecture, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our platform.
2. Description of Services
MetaArchitecture is a Web3 platform that enables users to create, buy, sell, and trade architectural NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) including 3D models, designs, land parcels, and templates. Our platform operates on the Polygon blockchain network.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and wallet recovery phrases. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. NFT Ownership and Transactions
When you purchase an NFT on MetaArchitecture, you own the token but not necessarily the underlying intellectual property. All NFT transactions are final and recorded on the blockchain. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell their NFTs. Buyers acknowledge that NFT values can be volatile.
5. Wallet and MXC Tokens
MetaArchitecture provides integrated wallet functionality for storing MXC tokens and NFTs. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and recovery phrases. Lost wallet access cannot be recovered by MetaArchitecture. MXC tokens are utility tokens used within our platform ecosystem.
6. Fees and Payments
We charge platform fees for various services including NFT minting, trading, and wallet recharges. All fees are displayed before transaction confirmation. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed on the blockchain. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with advance notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The MetaArchitecture platform, including its design, code, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant us a license to display and promote their work on our platform. Users must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use our platform for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering. Creating fake or misleading NFTs is strictly prohibited. Manipulation of platform metrics or market prices is forbidden. We prohibit harassment, hate speech, and distribution of harmful content. Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities is grounds for immediate termination.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
MetaArchitecture is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We make no representations about the accuracy or reliability of content posted by users. Cryptocurrency and NFT investments carry inherent risks that users acknowledge.
10. Limitation of Liability
MetaArchitecture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, Korea. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against MetaArchitecture.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
